6 YOM was charging tablet with cord included with tablet. He went to unplug it, & it was hot & smoking. Consumer smelled burning plastic & unplugged charger cord from wall. Plug into computer & tablet, where it plugged in, plastic was melted. Tablet no longer would charge.
