Alerted 150 owners of portable Bosch Mini-Grinders that the wrong wheel guard was sold with the grinders. If the misfitting wheel guard loosens and touches the high-speed grinding wheel, consumers could be injured by parts of the shattered wheel.

Sanding disc separated at high speed from its base, sending the disc flying off the machine. This was the whole part on which the sandpaper is secured. It flew away from consumer, and there was nobody else in the area.

Oscillating multi-tool's lever will lock in the open position so that the blade can be inserted. While operating the tool 43yom began to close lever, however, it snapped shut suddenly with force, cutting his finger badly. The lever itself is cast aluminum with sharp edges.
