The Consumer reported that their pellet smoker started producing a large amount of smoke. She stated that when her husband, 33, went out to see what was going on after a neighbor alerted them the lid blew open, flames shot out and he sustained 2nd degree burns on his arm.

Male consumer reports that the grill was not working properly with the propane tank. After attempting to use it he noticed yellow flames near the tank connection and then the grill caught on fire and the tank was making noise. This is unsafe. Fire hazard.

37 YOM consumer repots that the combination pellet/gas grill has caught on fire several times, even after having parts replaced. The issue is that the fire pot doesn't empty when it should and ashes remain there and harden and eventually a pellet catches fire. Unsafe product

63 YOF sliced finger while opening Portable Gas Grill from the box. The only way to remove the grill from box is to lift it by holding the front & back. The back has air vents that are punched out of steel sheet & are razor sharp. Due to profuse bleeding, it required stitches

41 YOM consumer reports that the portable gas grill knobs was leaking gas into the grill and caused a fire. He was unable to turn the unit out because the knobs were malfunctioning. He unscrewed the tank to prevent it from getting worse. Safety and fire hazard.

The Consumer, 51, reported that the gas grill burner [on the pellet & gas grill] was barely attached, it broke off and fell into the bottom of the grill, and ignited a fire that destroyed the grill. The Consumer reported injury to self.
