Some of the fans have blades that may fracture while in use, possibly striking someone nearby. Owners of affected fans will receive free modification kits with replacement fan clips and blades.

Consumer went into son's room which was colder than usual. She stated that her husband tried to turn on space heater but it wouldn't turn on. He noticed blinking light which is not normal & bottom of heater was melted. Hardwood floor it was sitting on was blackened & scorched

The consumer reported that recently the portable liquid filled heater exploded with a large noise in front of the consumer, sending out smoke throughout the room. The heater was too hot to touch and had burned and scorched areas on its bottom.
