Consumer reported that washing machine was replaced under lemon law. It smelled all time, error code went off all time. Replacement unit smells all time also. It has mold problem. Consumer stated that he is on drugs for lungs because of this. Unit is all rusted out.

Washer has mold, & consumers' clothes smell rotten. Using bleach and beach wipes doesn't appear to help. Dryer overheats. Heating element was replaced. Dryer smelled as if it was starting fire, and now does not dry. Lint was building up dryer fan.

The consumer stated that her front load washer has mold growing in the seal. She could smell the stink it creates. She stated it's been going on for a long time. She stated she's tried different cleaner and does the self-clean cycle everytime it tells to, but nothing works.

The consumer, 75, stated that the rubber gasket around the inside of her washer has developed mold causing her health issue. She stated that she leaves the door open when not in use and wipes the gasket with clean cloth after every use. Also tried bleach and white vinegar.

The newly purchased washer & Dryer combo have been breaking down non-stop. First the drum on the unit came out & almost caused injury to myself & my family. There were components that could possibly catch themselves on fire. The water valve in the replacement washer broke.

The consumer stated that their front load washing machine has developed 'hidden' mold inside the rubber gasket that seals the drum. She stated has been suffering from worsening allergy problems over the past 3 years and has had an allergy to mold for many years.

The consumer was washing a load light color/whites in hot water and reached into her stainless steel sink the washer drains in when it started pumping out the drain water and she was electrocuted and received electrical burns up her tummy which was touching the sink.

38 YOF opened door of washer after normal wash cycle & inner glass shattered. Pieces of glass were inside unit & around front of it. Outer glass was still intact. Gasket around door, replaced ~18 months ago, had mold. . She indicated that replacement glass arrived in pieces.

68 YOM consumer reports that both his washer and dryer power up and run on their own at random times. This continues until he cycles the breaker. This corrects the problem temporarily before it happens again. This is a safety hazard as it could happen unattended.

The Consumer reported that two hours after the laundry had been run through their front load washer on cold water delicate wash cycle and then the dryer, they heard a load explosion of glass. There were shards of glass in front of the washer and in the washer drum.
