47 YOF's TV has mold growing in plastic on lower rear of unit. She tried cleaning it, but it returned few days later. She started to have respiratory problems & received medical treatment from her physician. TV was unplugged, removed, & covered to prevent further illness.

LED TV caught on fire. There was a pop, sizzling sound, bright light from behind it and then smoke. TV was unplugged immediately. Unit was 11 months old. No Injury.

33 YOM was watching TV when his son came into room & TV went off. He unplugged power supply from TV. When he tried this 2nd time, clicking noise came from back of TV & then flame came out form circuit board location, burning his arm & game system cord. He received no aid.

Consumer was watching TV and then went to smoke a cigarette outside. Consumer heard smoke alarm go off & ran back to room. TV had caught fire from the back where its mounted to the wall. There was no damage to wall therefor consumer believes that TV had malfunction internally

The Consumer reported that their television is melting in the lower left hand corner. They noticed a black spot and upon investigation discovered the melting. The Consumer stated that they were simply watching the television at the time.

33 YO consumer sat down to watch TV. It started to act weird and consumer unplugged it. A bit later, TV was turned on and it started cracking and flames appeared from behind the TV screen and back of TV. TV was taken out of house. Consumer suffered unspecified injury.
