67 YOF turned on LP stove and experienced an explosion that blew off the controls and burner diffusers. No one was injured.

51 YOM's gas grill had structural failure, resulting in a fire. Drip pan popped loose & dropped into cabinet base, resulting in grease fire where tank & hose are stored. All support tabs on drip pan had failed electronic welds & popped loose. He was injured with no first aid.

The consumer says this conversion kit to convert the grill from propane to natural gas has two dangerous defects. 1. The natural gas regulator hose is too long and kinks badly which could weaken the hose resulting in gas leak. 2. The regulator hose is marked for LP not NG use

44 YOM consumer reports that two of his grill converter have developed gas leaks. It happens at the place where the hose goes into the fitting which connects it to the grill body. This isn't part of the grill itself, it is the natural gas conversion kit. Started small fires.
