The consumer reported that, the thermometer, which was used 1st time ever, was placed in the oven with a turkey baking on 350°. She indicated, that the thermometer blew apart within 30 minutes and it flew all over the oven and into the food.

The consumer stated that the leave-in meat thermometer was placed in the turkey. The turkey had only been cooking for about ten minutes when the thermometer exploded, ruining the turkey.
