LG HBS-730

  • Date: 10/27/2014

27 YOM was using a headset when it shocked his left ear. He became weak and vomited. He was taken to the ER and was diagnosed with a brain lesion behind his ear. The electric shock may have caused the injury.

LG HBS-920

  • Date: 11/18/2018

60 YOM re-charged headset with provided power cord. Later on there was distinct smell coming from location near head set. He detected burnt end of power cord that melted away mini-USB end of cord, & it was melting. He unplugged unit from power source.
