Consumer reports that after 5-10 minutes of use, the retractable cord of teh vacuum cleaner retracts and has to be pulled out when it is found to be nearly burning hot. Consumer says the unit was sent for repair two times but the problem with the cord is still not fixed.

Consumer stated that 16 YOM was vacuuming when cord exploded & burned his leg. He received first aid by non-medical professional.
