Consumer came home & smelled something burning (rubber, electrical insulation type of smell). Wireless speaker was source of smell. Unit was unplugged & re-plugged in & it sparked & caught fire. Plug was removed & product was removed from apartment.

50 YOF wore earbud for about three weeks until right ear became infected inside outer ear. Trouble seems to be caused by use of nickel, she is allergic to nickel. She stopped using them until ear healed & tried them again. Same injury occurred. She got 1st aid.
