32 YOM reported that he purchased wristwatch. Recently, just after waking up, he noticed brown large & long bruise on underside of wrist. It turned into deeper red with skin peeling couple days later. He stated that doctor attributed it to possible chemical or heat burn.

Watch was overheating & battery draining fast. It melted glue holding glass over sensor on bottom of watch that touches the skin & burnt 51 YOF wrist. She got 1st aid. Consumer stated, if watch will overheat at night, when it placed on charger, it could catch fire.

While 47 YOM was driving, back of his watch became hot. He removed the watch and was unable to touch its back because it was extremely hot. He powered watch off. He didn't get 1st aid. He discovered that the watch back was discolored and watch glass cracked from the heat.
