Voluntarily recalling about 2 million Skil Warrior drill battery chargers. The transformer inside the charger can overheat. If this occurs, the charger housing can melt and deform, possibly igniting flammable materials near or on the charger.

Consumer plugged the charger for a cordless drill into the wall outlet & it appeared to be operating normally. 2 hours later & the battery was extremely hot to the touch, the battery was not charged & the prongs that are inserted into the wall outlet were also extremely hot.
